After a bit of research...
Unfortunately, `fc-list --verbose' was implemented *after* fontconfig
2.6.0 and only works in 2.7.0 and later versions.
I'm using fontconfig 2.6.0 and GUB uses 2.6.0 too, so we need to find
a different solution.
