It seems to me that such a list would best be maintained in a bug-tracker of some sort (though IMHO not the official issue tracker due to the noise it would generate).
Since I'm obviously not up to the task of attempting to fix code indentation, I'd like to volunteer for the task-master job, starting by setting up an issues tracker. My initial thought is that it would be prudent to set up another Google Code project where this tracker could be housed. If the PTB would instead prefer a different solution, let me know.
I'll wait for official guidance before proceeding. -Chris
