Thanks, added!  A few requests for next time:
- the page has a mixture of "Name:" and "Name,".  I prefer having
  a colon: but if you really prefer a comma, I won't fight you.
  I do, however, want it to be consistent.  :)
- the Jurgen Reuter under Font names is duplicated... oh wait, one
  is an http.  Hmm.  I generally dislike http links with
  _link text_, since the documentation is also available in pdf
  and some people print it off.  Could you rewrite these so that
  all external links are in the form

- please remove the bottom @ignore comment; it's no longer needed
- please remove any extra whitespace at the beginning of a line;

Could all the above be one patch?

For a second patch, take a look at the /web/about/thanks and
/web/switch pages.  If there's anybody listed on this pages that
isn't already in basic-authors.itexi, please add them.  Umm, if
there's more paragraphs about the person, summarize it into a few
words.


Don't look at the THANKS-2.12, THANKS-2.10, THANKS-2.8 files
yet... that'll be the third major task.  But before we do that, I
want to check that everything else is looking good.  No point
doing all the work to combine those previous files if we're not
certain on the exact format we want!  :)
