The macro definition contains text in English that is visible in the
output, namely "Bugfixes", so I first thought it should be put in
macros.itexi, but news items are translated in very few (or no)
languages, so that's OK; in case a translator wants to translate new
items, it's up to her/him to override the macro.
I didn't check the produced links, but it looks good to me.
