No, it doesn't delete patches (e.g. the ajax patch is still up there, although 
it is already a year old, too). I manually deleted that patch, since 
1) I got the compound time signatures working properly without that patch
2) it spectacularly breaks fret diagrams and the like, so it would need a lot 
of additional attention anyway
