and remove the -LANG bit from each non-translated manual,
eg, bad (does not exist:

    @item @address@hidden,@ressaynamed{Top,Essay}}

needs to become:

    @item @address@hidden,@ressaynamed{Top,Essay}}

good (exists):

    @address@hidden,@rlearningnamed{Top,Initiation}}


Note that when 2.14 becomes stable, we probably have many more
translated -LANG manuals available and can re-add a number of
these...
