Mee two!

Double click install..both MacOS and Windows. Went from 4.0 to 4.0.4. Easy 
Peasy.

I tend to shut my VMs down (than leave them in a 'stopped' state), but I have 
had no problems either - that I didn't already have before :) <cough> 
../configure </cough>
