Only when \sans is used
i.e.
{c1^ markup { \sans "hello"}
is used.

Does anyone understand the error?
Could it be permission related for instance?
I don't think I have an older version of LP but I seem to remember being able
to use 2.13.20-something.
I also remember some GS changes were made or something related to stop the CMD
window popping up. Could this be related?
