Approximately 50% of the patches I looked at could not be applied
to git master right now.  Those have been changed to
patch-needs_work; if you are aware of any other patches which need
fixcc.py adjustement, please mark them as patch-needs_work so that
we can avoid more confusion about this.

Help for git rebase/merge/fluffle is available.
