That's on Sunday, in the core part of the meeting, so it would likely
make more sense if people interested in meeting him tried to schedule it
personally with him during his stay in St. Augustin.

Of course you can also try to invite him to the meeting (conceivably on
one of the last days).  I doubt it would work well if I tried this
myself, judging from our last attempts at communication.
