I suppose it's a bit depressing that no one pointed out why it matters that you enter exact pitch names and don't infer accidentals from the key signature. (I.e., how do you copy-paste effectively unless pitches are specified exactly?)
I've added a comment (currently in moderation) touching on this point and also pointing out that it's possible to use other note-names than the Dutch. A bit late for a 2009 blog post, but better late than never.
