Some time ago i've come across a spacing problem and it seemed that
being able to define my own grob property similar to [XY]-extent would
allow for a nice solution. In other words, i had a grob type that
required default [XY]-extents for correct aligning with some stuff,
and a different, custom-defined extents for correct aligning with
another stuff.
But as of now this is just a musing - all i want to say is that it'd
be good to have some API for defining custom grob properties properly.
