    Issue 3069: Patch: Several property code cleanups: - R 7027043
    Issue 3068: Patch: Simplify several library functions. - R 7020044

There are also a couple of issues/patches marked for review, but the discussion is sufficiently ambiguous that I can't in conscience put them on countdown.  Would the owners please update them with an explicit statement saying they are ready to go to countdown, or else mark them as needs-work?
