That's a different issue.  Maybe i could improve the default
formatting of such slurs later.
In the meantime, what about
\override Slur.details.max-slope = 0.8
or some other value?

It helps, thank you.

Comparing with the original, a maximum of 0.6 seems to be the value to adopt.

Just a last proofreading of every part, and BVW246 should land on IMSPL this week end.
