I just noticed a peculiar collision that I couldn't make go away
between the
noteheads.s0slash glyph and a tie. Here's a minimal snippet:

\new Voice \with {

A slur works doesn't clash, but a tie does. Seems like a bug that
needs some
serious squashin' though I'm not sure where to attack this one :) Just
thought I'd bring it up.
