A quick warning: I have several followup patches piling up.  Once I have
rebased them into a reasonably nice sequence of patches, I might push
any of the above ahead of time in order to make it possible to create
testable new issues.  I'll likely be offline from Thursday to Sunday due
to my mother's 80th birthday and want to get some things finished and
queued before that.

So if you think you might have notes due for those patches, try getting
an early warning in.
