Voici comment je procède
Après avoir écris mon fichier tex à l'exemple du message précédent

\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\title{ Ma belle Partition }
\begin{document}
\maketitle
J'édite en \LaTeX{}!\\
et que c'est bien n'est--ce pas ?\\
\begin{lilypond}
\new Staff <<
\relative c'{
c4 e g c_"vive LateX"
}

\end{lilypond}
\end{document}

Je fait un fichier batch.
C'est à dire un fichier texte enregistrer sous compile.bat
Dans ce fichier d'appel
%%-------------------------compile.bat
lilypond-book.py --output=out --pdf test.lytex
cd out
pdflatex test.tex
del /S *.aux;*.out;*.log;*.bbl;*.blg;*.dvi;
%%--------------------------
j'enregistre les fichiers *.lytex et *.bat dans le même dossier
Il reste a cliquer sur le fichier *bat
et hop : lilypond-book.py compile, puis Mitex ...
le fichier test.pdf se trouve dans le dossier out qui vient d'être créé
