note map

Greetings,

I created a lilypond file to use as a cheat
sheet when entering notes.  Should be handy
for new users.  I would like know if there
is a specific location for lessons or other
aids.  The score has the lilypond note and
the midi note number as text above the staff.

I have done the same thing with the gm
percussion key map.
