In TeX, cédille command is \c
For instance, c cédille : "\c{c}" or "\c c"
El se\~{n}or est\`{a} bien, gar\c{c}on.
\'{E}l est\`{a} aqu\'{\i}.
(examples from LaTeX, a Document Preparation System by Leslie Lamport)
