Yes, probably. Maybe the patch failed, maybe lexer.cc got regenerated
by flex after the patch. Note that the patch must be applied *after*
lex runs, and gets wiped out by a new flex run.

Just look at the patch, edit the file lexer.cc by hand (it's real
simple), and try again.
