Bug Free (TM) binaries for windows

Somewhat tested*) LilyPond binaries for Microsoft Windows are now
available, installable using

    http://lilypond.org/cygwin/setup.exe

If you haven't updated setup.exe recently, you may have to download
the new setup.exe.  You should be offered to upgrade to
lilypond-1.4.14.jcn4, automagically.

To install the development version, in the 'Select packages' dialogue,
select Exp(erimental) packages.  In section 'Publishing',
lilypond-1.5.63.jcn2 should automagically be selected.

The new stable version

    http://lilypond.org/cygwin/tar/lilypond/lilypond-1.4.14.jcn4-1.tar.bz2

and the new development version
    
    http://lilypond.org/cygwin/tar/lilypond/lilypond-1.5.63.jcn2-1.tar.bz2

  *) Binaries include 'The Final Bugfix for large scores.'  Both have
   been tested to succesfully process the Ouverture Coriolan.
