Arg. Seems to be a difference between dvips versions. Previously, an
entry in config.ps:
p psfonts.map
would be *added* to any -u foo.map file. Now, it seems that config.ps
needs:
p +psfonts.map
otherwise any -u foo.map option replaces this map file.
