To increase the font size, use:
\include "paper26.ly"
IIRC LilyPond can do paper11, 13, 16, 20, 23, and 26.
For magnification, you need to use command-line options for
dvips. I don't know what they are, but man dvips should
give you the info you need. I recommend trying paper26
before messing with dvips. :)
