The example shows that the fermata on the second Voice is above the 
notes instead below as it should be. That's exactly the problem. In this 
example it's not that bad but in a ChoirStaff I think the fermata of the 
Voice with the down-stems should be below (i.e. in stem-direction) the 
notes.

Perhaps it's something that's only relevant with more than one staff?
