new geometry.sty version

Dear friends,


the new version 3 of geometry.sty changes the default layout
(e.g. recent teTeX versions use this version).  To make it work with
the current setup of ly2dvi, you should add the option `compat2' to
the `latexoptions' field for ly2dvi.  Example:

  \header {
    ...
    latexoptions = "a4paper,compat2"
  }

Without that option page numbers are too high.
