The default setting:
cancellation, key change | line break
It would be nice if we could also specify the following:
key change w/o cancellation | line break
| key change w/o cancellation line break
cancellation | key change , line break
| cancellation, key change, line break
| = single or double barline
And of course the above combinations without the line breaks.
