PFA fonts, INSTALL.txt

there is a bad link in the INSTALL.txt file released with 1.8.0:

have installed mftrace, type:
             make pfa-fonts
             make MAKE_PFA_FILES=1 install
             texhash
   (PFA versions of the fonts for the latest LilyPond version can also
be obtained from the web site using:

             cd /tmp/newfonts/
             wget -l 1 -nd -r -A pfa,map

http://lilypond.org/stable/mf/out takes you to the starting webpage. the
only file wget will retrieve is robots.txt in this case...

the same bad link is also on the website. perhaps the line explaining
$LILYPONDSHARE should also be changed to `/usr/share/lilypond/1.8.*/'?

i also think that the requirement of mftrace, autotrace and t1utils for
creating pdfs should be more emphasised. i was always under the
assumption that mftrace is not needed for creating pdfs, and was
wondering why it didn't work when i just tried making one... :)
