Put
deb http://www.lilypond.org/ftp/binaries/debian woody .
in your sources.list and you will get an apt-gettable
LilyPond 1.6 for Debian Woody (ie. stable), or see
http://afavant.elte.hu/~wferi/lilypond
for 1.8 debs (with dependencies).
