Re: 2.0.1 pfa-font and ly2dvi 1.8.2

If you read the ChangeLog and the NEWS.txt, you will
find out that
- PFA files now are generated by default when you run make.
- The script ly2dvi has been renamed to lilypond
  (and lilypond to lilypond-bin).
