Don't blame LilyPond in this case, blame your version of ghostscript
(which is used internally in ps2pdf). I can confirm that the orientation
is correct when I use GNU Ghostscript 6.52 but upside down when I use
GNU Ghostscript 7.05. If you want to investigate further, try with
