Since you want to get the music examples in some graphics format,
I would use the 'eps' option, \begin[eps]{lilypond}, in the examples.
Then, it should be possible to use any of the standard tools for
conversion of LaTeX to HTML, see
http://www.tex.ac.uk/cgi-bin/texfaq2html?label=LaTeX2HTML

Hi
I'm still struggling with this. I need to generate output to print (pdf
via TeX) *and* html from a text mixing written text and music examples.
Someone here suggeted that I moved from latex to infotex, which I tried,
but it seems to me that infotex is not ready for this. For instance the
text is in danish and danish is not supported. So I guess I'm back to
latex.
What I do now is
1) run lilypond-book on the .tex-file
2) run latex on the resulting .latex-file
3) run latex2html on the same .latex-file
What I get is a html-directory with png's of size 0 and no <img>-tags in
the html. Besides that everything is ok...
Shouldn't it be possible to extract both pdf and html from a latex-file
with examples in lilypond? How (or "where can I read about how to do
that")?
