A4 Screwup

My orchestral score looks a little off on the A4 paper lilypond put it 
on. The first 25% of the score is cut off by the top edge. I don't know 
what values to tweak to fix this, even after reading the documentation.

On a related note, there's a lot of wasted space per score page. Is 
there a way to have two systems on one page, separated by the // mark? 
I can't find an example on Mutopia or the lilypond docs.
