RE: cygwin1.dll

Hello,

Thank you for your quick response. The first time I downloaded Lilypond, I
didn't download any other packages to run cygwin. Now I did, and everything
seems to be working fine.

Try to run setup.exe once more and choose another site to download
the files from.
