bash: ly2dvi: command not found

Hello.

I tried installing Lilypond about 20 times (from different servers) and I 
don't know, what should be wrong with it; I did everything like it's 
described.

Problem:

$ ly2dvi -p foo
bash: ly2dvi: command not found

PLatform: Pentium III (866), WIN2000
