Hi Mats and Erik,

Thank you for thinking with me. I have now used the solution Erik
proposed, which is fine for me; I even think it looks better. I cannot
remember the error messages I got when I tried the \repeat fold etc.
method. When I have more time I'll try it again and see why it didn't
work. At least I have a nice score now.
