no line break in lilypond-book

Hi,



I tried lilypond-book.



But there are no line breaks by default when the notes exceed a line.



I tried 



\begin[linewidth=12\cm]{lilypond}



which caused line breaks.



Can I have line breaks without that linewidth-option...just using the default 
line width of the page size in the tex-document?



What shall I do when I use



\lilypondfile{}?
