Lilypond 2.3.1 and TFM files

I've updated lilypond from 2.2.1 to 2.3.1 using fink.

I'm getting a lot of :
warning: kpathsea can not find TFM file: `ecrm6'
warning: can't find font: `ecrm6'
warning: Loading default font

However, kpsewhich CAN actually find the TFM files :
% kpsewhich ecrm6.tfm
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/fonts/tfm/public/ec-fonts-mftraced/ec
rm6.tfm

What may be wrong ?
