[BUILD] font missing ecbx6,

   I have built lilypond (GNU LilyPond) 2.3.3.hwn1 from CVS (the build
works so fine, yummi!)

   I get a warning there after convert-ly Simple-piano.ly > S.ly:

        [...]
        warning: kpathsea can not find TFM file: `ecrm6'
        [...]

   However it comes out nice in .ps

   I wanted to test out the cue.ly technique, specifying smaller notehead 
font, thinner beams and lesser distance between beams - and then (of course?)
there are more missing fonts. ecrm6, ecbx8, ecbx10, ecbx12 and some more
for a converted Chopin Mazurka op.30.1 (Mutopia source).

   Is this something worth mentioning and doing something about?
