Not at the moment, since the TeX code generated by LilyPond that is
included for each \begin{lilypond}...\end{lilypond} contains embedded
Postscript commands that pdflatex cannot handle.
The recommended solution for the moment is latex+dvips+ps2pdf, see
the manual of lilypond-book for details.
