cygwin: testers wanted for tetex bugfix release

I've built a new tetex release to address these problems:

please download the new tetex from, (or add as additional url in
setup.exe to, that may just work):

    http://lilypond.org/download/binaries/cygwin

and report here whether these are OK to announce to Cygwin.
