How to engrave cluster chords in LilyPond 2.3? I'd like to have a narrow
and tall rectangular notehead which spans a fifth, with the duration of
a quarter note.
It would also be nice to be able to have a natural and/or flat/sharp
sign for the cluster chord to denote a cluster for white, black or both
keys on the piano.
