I get the following error -

Interpreting music... [8][16][24][32][40][48][56][64][72][80]warning:
Cannot find or create `voice' called `'[88][90]

when using this code -

\override voice.TextScript #'extra-offset = #'( -3 . -2 )
r16_"Seque into Juana La Cubana on Alto during piano solos" g r g
\times 2/3 { fsharp8 e d }

So, I'm guessing I've got some code for the older versions that 2.2
doesn't like too much, yet it provides the results I am lookin for.

Any thoughts?
