In earlier versions, read about 'linewidth' at

and
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.2/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond/Page-layout.html#Page%20layout

Unfortunately, there is no support for unequal left and right margins
in LilyPond version 2.2 or older, unless you use lilypond-book.
