I want to install lilypond for a colleague who only has
a 14.4Mb/s dial-up connection (don't ask!).
Can I download the relevant files on my (faster) connection,
burn a CD, and install them on the target machine?
Presumably this means a copy of Cygwin plus a .tar.gz of
lilypond, but what else?
As an afterthought, if a system already has TeX Live installed,
will lilypond use this, or has it forked away?
