Hello,

I'm  using Lilypond windows version via cygwin. I've few questions and
comments  about  it (I'm sorry for not checking, if these features are
available in newer linux versions).

1. It is impossible to specify vertical possition of multimesure rest.
Positioned rests (\rest) can't be centered.

2.  Crescendo  or  decrescendo can't be used on one single note (it is
needed in ecclesiastical music).

3. Is there a possibility to use "rittenuto"?
