How and were write command attaching babel package to ly file?
I've found that it is something like:
latexpackages = "[T1]{fontenc}, [swedish]{babel}"
but in manual is -s=latexpackages.
This latexpackages = "[T1]{fontenc}, [swedish]{babel}" in header
produces errors.
