I would do either this way or (as I did at second fingerings) take the
left- and right-parenthese for accidentals:

    ^\markup { \fontsize #-2 { \musicglyph #"accidentals-leftparen"
      \hspace #-.2 \musicglyph #"accidentals-rightparen" } }

In both cases it seems a good idea to put a "\hspace #number" between
the parentheses instead of blanks.
