starting lilypond from Windows XP

Subject: starting lilypond from Windows XP

Hi, i try to start lilypond but i do not succed !
 
I proceed the test test.ly and nothing appears only a dos window with a lot of 'failed, cmd not found...". I have all mys dowloaded files in a directory and apparently the install files in c:\cygwin...
 
In PJ the test.log files...
