Re: convert-ly and partcombine

convert-ly should have updated your file to correspond to version
2.1.16. As it says, you have to change the file to use the new
version of \partcombine. To do that, compare the documentation of the
old \partcombine command

with the new one:

When you have finished that, just manually update the version number
in the file to 2.1.18 and run convert-ly again to upgrade the file
to your current version.
