I'm only now getting to this.  I can't find find reference to "chord 
Field Separator" in the manual.  I'm not really sure what you are 
talking about.  Is there something I need to put in the lily file, or an 
adjustment that is made elsewhere?

I'm using 2.4.2 under cygwin.
